Born and raised in a little farm town in Southwestern Ontario, I’ve learned to value the simple things in life. Weekends, happy surprises, sunshine, warmth, the beach, my bed, yard sales, shopping and being able to pay my bills to name a few.

I enjoy spending my days and evenings with family and friends – especially my 12 year old daughter Abby. She’s got a great sense of humour (just like her mom) and Levi and I enjoy sharing funny stories about her at the end of each day or behind her back when she’s awake.

I am passionate about natural childbirth and I feel it’s my calling to support and educate women about their choices throughout pregnancy and labour. Knowledge is power ladies!

Also, I am in love with Don Draper and I wish that I was Liz Lemon!
